Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement efficient methodologies for in-depth asset analysis, ensuring a thorough understanding of asset condition and performance.
- Design and implement robust quality control procedures for asset valuation data, guaranteeing accuracy and consistency.
- Proactively collect and analyze asset data, identifying and reporting any issues, discrepancies, or potential deficiencies.
- Verify the physical existence and location of water and wastewater equipment, ensuring accurate asset records.
- Conduct financial analysis of assets to determine their current value and potential future investment needs.
- Perform gap analysis to identify missing assets and ensure a complete inventory of all water and wastewater infrastructure.
- Review and verify asset valuation reports and results, ensuring adherence to established methodologies and standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e. , finance, operations) to integrate asset valuation data into broader infrastructure management strategies.
- Leverage your expertise to recommend and implement effective asset management practices for optimizing infrastructure lifespan and performance.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in utilizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools, particularly Infor and Maximo, for asset management purposes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address asset-related challenges.
