Key Responsibilities:

- Understand the feature and product requirement from the stakeholders and the client management team to define specifications.

- Plan and design the structure of technology solution for new feature or product.

- Design solutions, build architectural layout and put timelines for every step and submission.

- Guide the team on the assignments and provide clear guidelines for deliverables.

- Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.

- Assist with solving technical problems when they arise and ensure the proper implementation of architecture.

- Develop comprehensive project plans that merge with the requirements, and coordinate various team members (Technical/ Non-technical) during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.

- Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports onmeasurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.

- Communicate proactively with the technical team to identify problems, create solutions and implement efficiency improvements.

- Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes.

- Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals.

- Provide status updates and clarity to the management.

You'd fit right in, if you have:

- Minimum 5+ Years of experience in project management.

- Proven track record of delivering projects start to end - Successfully grown projects.

- Knowledge of application development using MVC, Laravel Framework is a must.

- Knowledge of C#, .NET Core platform, HTML 5.0, CSS 3 knowledge, MS SQL, MySQL etc.

- Ownership, commitment and confidence to deliver.

- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

- Proactive problem solver; able to see the big picture and streamline current processes while planning for long-term growth.

- Effective communicator and relationship builder.

- Work collaboratively with teams to deliver successfully remotely.

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written).

- Great at understanding and comprehending management / business requirement.
