Project Manager - AI Product

Responsibilities :

- Manage parallel product implementations within planned timelines, budgets, margin, and quality specifications

- Manage implementation team (15-20 members) comprising of Engineering, Analytics, NLP, Testing and DevOps members

- Handle development, integration and testing activities, including analysis, client communications and presentations

- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

- Communicate client deliverables, project plans, conducts client meetings, obtains required client sign off, client acceptance and billing

- Handle risks and also report project risks and deliverable issues to stake holders as soon as possible

- Ensure quality of deliverables

- Hiring, mentoring, training and performance feedback to team members on regular basis

- Involve in pre-sales activities like demos, statement of work preparation

- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

- Generates add-on revenue in terms of support activities, change orders and fresh implementations

Skills Required :

- 8+ years of experience with atleast 3+ years of Project Management experience handling multiple projects / clients with contract sizes up to $2 million per year

- Experience in projects involving Analytics, solutions development & implementation comprising of big- data, cloud, NoSQL, Machine Learning technologies and DevOps processes such as CI/CD,

Containerization tools and technologies :

- PMI certifications or equivalent in Project Management, Agile Methodologies. Experience in Agile tools like Jira

- Successful track record of engagement and client relationship management

- Experience in deployment activities and in functional testing, DB testing and UAT support

- Experience in support activities and support process

- Excellent communication skills and should be comfortable coordinating with internal stakeholders
