We are hiring, you will manage large global project for top European bank.
Job Purpose & Key Responsibilities:
Handel Project Management for Procurement to Pay Project, Change Management.
Project Management
- Demonstrate and implement a strong understanding of the entire project life cycle.
- Should have some knowledge of Procurement process & AP process.
- Track project implementation roadmap to maintain resource planner, onboarding tracker, logistics tracker, change requests log, etc.
- Maintain tracker of all the changes agreed during the project life cycle along with documentation of approvals from key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide weekly project dashboards to key stakeholders. Communicate project impact or project risks to program team/clients. Timely internal and external escalation.
- Identify & highlight project risks or any impact on business case with mitigation plans or change control requests.
- Coordination with Onshore Finance team, Local Operations, Functional teams like IT, HR, Admin etc for project requirements.
Solution Design
- Engage and contribute effectivly in solution design phase.
- Review Input & Output deliverables for defining performance indicators and capacity estimation.
- Experience in framing reporting landscape
- Can understand functional specifications.
Internal Reporting & Governance
Governance
- Develop & maintain service management framework for BAU processes. Track capacity and process performance against agreed KPIs.
- Ensure that the quality, service and compliance parameters are reported at required levels.
- Schedule steering committee meetings as agreed in Governance model.
- SLA & Compliance
- Ensure onshore & ISPL compliance approvals being obtained before transition of any new roles including scope expansion of activities.
- Maintain record of FOP agreements and compliance matters. Review & maintain logs for FOP Service Level Agreement (SLA), Operating Level Agreement (OLA) and compliance approvals.
Candidate Requirements for the role:
Education Background:
- Bsc or BE IT- (Additional Preference MBA in Finance)
- Strong Project and Change Management Background.
#years of experience:
- >5 years with at least 4 years of Project experience, specifically in managing process reengineering projects in the Finance space.
Technical knowledge & Skills:
- Strong in Excel (Expert). Power Point and Ivalua application knowledge would also be appreciated.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong in preparing presentations. Having experience in developing and delivering presentations to senior management.
- Develop & Maintain Project Trackers.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple parties, both onshore and offshore in order to achieve key milestones within stipulated time.
- Strong PC skill: advance Microsoft Project (MPP), Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Preferred Industry / Domain experience :
- Former project management experiences on finance functions in Banking and Financial Services.
- Former project Management experience on managing procurement to pay projects.
