1) Nurturing our clients & serving as key client contact for any and all matters specific to your customers. Ensuring client satisfaction through facilitating project workflow monitoring timing and estimates
2) Delivery Management - Interact, Co- ordinate with multiple stakeholders for ensuring timely & quality delivery of the project. Monitors the activity progress and directs resources of scheduling to meet client's expectations and deadlines
3) Efficiency Management - Evaluating Project Team efficiency and taking corrective action as and when needed
4) Process Management - Making sure internal process and client brief is followed & maintaing tracking sheets
5) Account Management - Co-creating Objectives/Introducing new services to the client. Achieving Business Numbers & SLA from the assigned account
6) Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and ensuring up-selling and cross-selling
- Previous experience in Account Management, Project Management
- Strong Leadership, Management and Relationship building skills
- Experience in Packaging Converter, Pre-media Industry
- Qualification: Degree / Diploma - Printing, Graphics and Packaging
