We are hiring for Project Management Role in a Leading Real Estate Company for Mumbai Location

Candidates from Real Estate Background will only be considered

Experience- 3+ Years

Job Description-

- Engineer +MBA (pedigree) OR CA

- 3 years- good operations work experience out of B school

- CGPA - should be good

- Ops background, in Real Estate

- From a consulting company

- Responsibility includes end to end planning and project management for the projects.

- The primary duties of the Real Estate Services Project Manager include planning and managing all aspects of small to medium single discipline projects or large, routine projects for right of way related work - generally related to construction projects.

- Is responsible to coordinate workload through the entire project development to deliver right of way and property rights on schedule. Is responsible to track the financial aspects of the projects, and coordinates and adjusts the work effort with the team to ensure that the work is completed within the parameters of the agreed to schedule. Works with the Business/Accounting Manager, Project Controller, and the Area Manager for project reviews with company management on an as needed basis.

- Developing, implementing and monitoring of budgets, schedules staffing and project delivery plans

- Understanding and ability to apply applicable laws, rules and regulations

- Right of way policies, procedures and terminology

- Right of way/real property acquisition policies and procedures

- Real estate practices, procedures and terminology
