Project Management Office - PMO

- Responsible for establishing and running the Project Management Office with the objective of ensuring all projects are delivered using a best-practice Project delivery Approach and are delivered within the agreed scope, time, cost and quality.

- Overseeing the portfolio of organizational projects, providing expert knowledge and support and monitoring progress and reporting on the portfolio status.

- Managing projects/programmes directly. the development, introduction and on-going iteration of the organization's Project Delivery Approach.

- Expected to provide strong leadership in a matrix environment to promote best practices in managing interrelated projects and programmes to ensure successful delivery. This role will also ensure project resources have the correct toolsets and processes in place and that all relevant staff are trained and equipped to deliver successfully.

- Strong project or programme management and excellent organizational skills are fundamental, as is the ability to liaise with people at all levels of the organization.

- Team management experience is mandatory. Lead cross-functional teams to develop a roadmap, create product definitions, establish milestones and manage the implementation and evolution of the product development cycle.

- Experience in Project Manager, IT Infrastructure Management certain experience on security, infrastructure & networking is needed and application projects delivery with respect banking and Insurance Domain

- Implement IT strategy for business transformation and uninterrupted IT service.

- Possess good leadership qualities and the ability to lead a highly technical and motivated team of individuals spread across different locations

- Business acumen and commercial awareness: understand strategic business objectives and be motivated by the application of technology and process change to deliver business value.

- Lead new opportunities through a collaborative approach and teamwork, Monitor team members to ensure that project milestones are met and delivered on time.

- Design and execute techniques to enhance productivity and efficiency and reduce risks. 100%
