Project : Candidate will work out of Client with BNP Paribas a leading and long term Banking Project

Roles and Responsibilities :

Management :

- Support the Business and Change management function for the CIB Finance Shared services (FSS) business line within BNP Paribas.

- Participate and support the budgeting and forecasting exercise for FSS.

- Drive reengineering and automation efforts for multiple departments within FSS.

- Support the FSS Departments to ensure timely Governance and assist in finalizing the dashboards.

- Project Management Support 

- Support projects across CIB in North America, UK, EMEA and APAC

- Prepare project documents across the lifecycle of the project. Ex - Project charter, BRD, FSD, Change requests etc.

- Identify risks, issues and dependencies and track them to closure

- Business Ensure timely stakeholder communication

- Analyze and Interpret Steerco and Meeting Dashboards and Management Reports

- Archive and maintain documents in SharePoint.

- Project Budgeting and Planning 

- Execute and Prepare project cost reports for North America, Paris and UK

- Analyze and interpret cost reports and provide commentaries

- Conduct Variance analysis and provide commentaries to management

- Manage and Review Invoices vs. Budget (Resources, Cost and Variances)

- Resource Management 

- Timesheet management

- Headcount tracking and reconciliation

- Prepare and distribute reports to different stakeholders (PPM, Business Owners, Project Managers, and Senior Management). Ex - Usage analysis of resources

- Project status reports for the regions serviced
