Project Management Officer - IT Infra & Tech Operations - BFS (6-9 yrs)
Project Management Officer - IT Infra & Tech Ops
- Responsible for coordinating Company's Infra deliverable & managing the the PMO stream deliverables, responsibility to supporting the vertical / tower leads
- Proven ability in project management over IT infra and techops techno functional transformation programs with orgnaization
- Able to participate in design workshops & aid the decision making process with a fair understanding on technological developments and infra related process
- Experience with building complex business cases & roadmap definition
- Should be able to work in close coordination with group compliance, business and technologies team in application of industry and regulatory knowledge to develop IT startegies & transofrmation delivery
- Define and implement application or IT tool on boarding guidelines and standards
Drives continued cost reductions and efficiencies across the portfolios supported by means of Root Cause Analysis reviews, Knowledge management, Performance tuning, and user training
- Participates in business review meetings, relating technology tools strategies to business requirements
Must Have knowledge of :
1.Ensuring effective governance has been setup to manage deliverables to time/ cost/ quality and responsible for building and managing excellent business wide relationships at all levels within Company.
2.Coordinating the successful deliver of all key deliverables and dependencies between IT, Operations and Network transformation to ensure IT transformation achieves it plan
3.Accountable for allocated program budget, ensuring that the program or project has a realistic, accurate budget which is effectively tracked throughout the lifecycle of the project or program
4.Accountable for PMO deliverables : business case, KPI's, roadmap risk assessment and budget
5.Planning internal resources required at each stage of the porject or deliverables, ensuring forward looking view in all type of resource mapping
