Project Management Officer - BFSI

- Provides administrative and project support to the International PMO business unit on ongoing basis.

- Works as part of the broader PMO team to compile metrics reporting, PMO commentaries and management information, as needed

- Assists in the processing simple maintenance activities within set procedures/guidelines prescribed for example updating project tracking logs, RAID logs and executing on simple follow up activity from projects.

- Helps with governance and management of projects, document management and standardization of folders and templates

- Runs and creates formal reports for PMO. Assists with the updates of PMO manuals and also assist the onshore PM with drafting BAU procedures in appropriate Mifid 2 templates, for bedding down change within BAU. Facilitating training sessions for BAU transfer .

- Expected to use some initiative but refer more complex problems to broader PMO team

- Works effectively as an Global team member but also independently
