Project Management Officer - Analytics Firm (8-14 yrs)
Job Description:
- In this role you will be directly reporting to Vertical Delivery Head (VDH) and working with key stakeholders within business unit across geography
- You will be working with sales and business development team to read the skill demand ahead, evaluate bench readiness for new revenue, work with hiring team to recruit and onboard new skills and with TALL (Learning and Development) team to up and cross skill people for future skills
- You will also be working closely with finance team to ensure invoices are on schedule and billing is as per plan and work with VDH to minimize the revenue gaps versus planned
- You will also be working with the finance team to review the profitability of each account within business unit and work with Chief Business Officer (CBO) and VDH to plan tactical and strategic interventions to improve profitability
- You will work with the TALL and People Allocation team to identify new ways to on-board fresh recruits quicker and their faster right-skilling and orientation with accounts
- You will also be working with HRBP, VDH and CBO to ideate key people, project and client initiatives, create blueprints, work to program manage them and finally ensure adoption
Skills Required:
A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous along with exposure to Agile frameworks (SCRUM, KANBAN, SCRUMBAN).
