Responsibilities for supporting the Project Management Office Team include -
1. Project Management Support
- Support projects across CIB in North America, UK, EMEA and APAC
- Prepare project documents across the lifecycle of the project. Ex Project charter, BRD
- Identify risks, issues and dependencies and track them to closure
- Ensure timely stakeholder communication
- Analyze and Interpret Steer co and Meeting Dashboards and Management Reports
- Archive and maintain documents in SharePoint.
2. Project Budgeting and Planning
- Execute and Prepare project cost reports for North America, Paris and UK
- Analyze and interpret cost reports and provide commentaries
- Conduct Variance analysis and provide commentaries to management
- Manage and Review Invoices vs. Budget (Resources, Cost and Variances)
3. Resource Management
- Timesheet management
- Headcount tracking and reconciliation
- Prepare and distribute reports to different stakeholders (PPM, Business Owners, Project Managers, and Senior Management). Ex - Usage analysis of resources
- Project status reports for the regions serviced
Skills Technical -
- SAP and Vinci
- Clarity
- MS Office Suite (incl. MS Project)
- PMP/Prince 2 Certification
- Knowledge of P2P
- Platforms
