Responsibilities :
Business Capability:
1. Project Management for key system developments to support B2B business
2. Process Mapping to find areas of opportunities for system enhancements
3. Initiate & lead SFDC POS system related projects/enhancement for the business which builds capability.
4. Write BRDs and User stories along with requisite KPIs for the project along with Control chart requirements
5. Monitor all SFDC POS related developments and ensure any issues identified should resolved on priority.
6. Lead end to end testing activities of POS developments and ensure bug free implementation within agreed timeline.
7. Handle the production issues and resolution on priority.
8. Enable the business with latest tech enhancements in the sourcing platform for delivering high productivity and efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with sales team, IT team, Risk, Legal and Compliance team to ensure timely project delivery
Required Qualifications and Experience
1. Engineering Graduate / Post-graduate with 3-5 years of experience in Project Management.
2. Experience in BFSI is preferred
3. Strong knowledge of Microsoft office and MS Powerpoint
4. Basic knowledge of SQL/Oracle
