Role : Project leaders

Travel: Position requires Extensive travel & stay at client site for extended periods and is Non Negotiable criteria

Job Description :

- Candidates with Supply Chain & Manufacturing Consulting Experience in B2B Sectors only pls apply

- Consultants required to plan, lead & execute supply chain projects focused on improving performance in terms of delivery compliance, lead time reduction, etc.

- Map As-Is planning processes, understand and baseline past performance and identify key issues for improvement

- Develop hypothesis for improvements and validate them with extensive data analysis on various processes

- Design and execute improvement plans for all supply chain and manufacturing processes

- Define KPI's for various supply chain processes and setup proper review mechanisms

- Actively drive implementation on all initiatives and savings areas

- Work with the Project Manager/Directors and understand the change management requirements and contribute on various change & people involvement initiatives

- Conduct process training & handholding as required

- Deliver agreed financial and operational saving

- Looking for candidate with above experience in Industrial products categories and with experience of such projects in B2B sectors
