Job Description :

- End to End project management from requirement analysis, documentation, solution evaluation considering the business priorities and planning for the project delivery.

- Define project scope and objectives and publishes project status to senior management.

- Domain knowledge of credit cards including Schemes necessary.

- Create and maintain the project plan for the new initiatives coming on the existing platform.

- Responsible for project deliverables and deadlines and conducting the review meetings with the stakeholders.

- Manages and drives the process adherence pertaining to the application.

- Good to have Banking / NBFC exposure on payment services.

- Experience in Team management.

- Experience in Vendor management.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Proactively issue analysis and bringing it to closure within defined SLAs.

- Prior experience in production support will be an advantage.
