Project Leader - Consulting - FMCG Sector - IIM/XLRI/FMS/SP Jain/NITIE (5-8 yrs)

Position: Project Leader

Qualifications:

Graduate or Engineer + MBA from a premier institution with a strong academic background. Premier institutes would include IIM A, IIM B, IIM C, IIM L, IIM I, XLRI, FMS, SP Jain, NITIE (only PGDIM course), JBIMS. Candidates must have a strong academic track record.

Experience:

1. 5 - 8 years of post MBA experience. (preferably 2019 or 2012 batches)

2. Previous experience should be in a reputed management consulting firm with significant experience in the consumer vertical. Should have worked on at least one transformation project

3. Should have led a team of at least 2-3 professionals

Required Skills

1. FMCG domain know-how across categories, channels & consumers

2. Project Management - ability to manage project deliveries with internal and external stakeholders

3. Team Management - meeting deliverables while simultaneously developing team members

4. Experience in client / vendor management would be preferred

Role:

As a Project Leader, the incumbent would be required to:

1. Work on projects with our clients as a consulting partner

2. Be responsible for solution conceptualization on projects, project management, client satisfaction and maintaining quality standards

3. Effectively deliver on business development goals

4. Contribute in increasing the knowledge value of the organization by participating in creating original pieces of research, industry insights and thought notes.

5. Work across verticals & across geographies.
