Project Leader - Chemical & Greenfield Plant Construction (20-30 yrs)
Project Leader (For Large Chemical and Greenfield plant)
- Thorough in Project Management Processes, Ability to guide the teams to achieve results.
- Able to lead technology & engineering discussions with various projects consultants
- Knowledge of IS standards, Statutory requirements and local body requirements, contract/labor laws applicable for job requirement.
- Tendering, Source identification, Comparing, Negotiating, awarding the Work and Contracts Management including strict enforcement of LD/Penalty/engineering, mechanical & performance guarantee provisions
- Quick decision making as per DOA and providing required inputs for decisions lying outside DOA
- Able to provide guidance on material management particularly in reconciliation/accounting of free issue material
- Preparation of Capital Budget proposals for management review and approval
- Preparation of construction schedule and monitoring the activities on daily basis, co-ordination with other departments/consultants.
- Costs and quality controls as per the standard construction practices
- Ensuring Safety practices during construction.
