Project Leader - Analytics - Consulting Firm

- Be a post-graduate/ MBA from top-tier colleges with strong academic records

- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the analytics/ analytics consulting industry

- Have a decent understanding of the Organization/ Operating Model topic with a good insight into data, metrics, and trends covered within this space

- Have a good hold over Tableau, Alteryx (SQL/other data tools), Excel, PowerPoint

- Prior experience with managing small teams (2-4 members) and coaching & mentoring team members is a must

- Possess good business acumen, strong analytical and communication skills

- Be good with breaking business objectives into smaller tasks and building project plans

- Ability to interact with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround deliverables, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, demonstrating the highest levels of professionalism
