Project Lead - Strategy & Process Excellence - Financial Services (5-16 yrs)
We are scouting for a Business Acumen who is Excellent in driving projects and can lead a conversations with the Business heads. Identifying gaps and improve based on Six Sigma Lean and drive excellence. Deliver cost/revenue improvements (as per project KRA)
Job Responsibilities :
- To drive culture of efficiency in the organization through identifying areas of development and undertaking process improvement projects
- To build and maintain the process governance & quality assurance framework for the organization and govern the adherence mechanism
- To build, maintain & preserve the repository of organization 'Process Assets' compromising of Policies, Processes and Operating Procedures
- Maximizing application of digital transformation, automation, and business process re-engineering to achieve consistency & efficiency and sustain long-term growth & profitability
- To deploy and conduct certification programs for development of process & quality management skills
- To coach and guide team members / trainees as they implement the process & quality initiatives and enable them to develop and deliver better results/outcomes
- To undertake benchmarking and deploy innovative practices which enhances value for customer ; distributors and organization
