- Develop and execute the Skills project across Gujarat.

- Incorporate innovative ideas and thinking for a better impact

- Ensure the program is delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget.

- Prepare reports as per internal and external requirements.

- Maintain and build trusted relationships with donor, partners, and stakeholders.

- Manage budget or grant as per the expectations and compliance.

- Ensure adoption, creation and execution of best practices in the program and work towards scaling up the project
