Job Title: PTCE: Process Quality - Project Lead (Retail Assets)

Location: Mumbai

Job Brief:

Process Quality department aims to drive high impact projects delivering process transformation and quality improvement across business functions. In the above position, candidate would be responsible for carrying out data analysis, conducting process walk through across retail assets business and support functions, identifying process improvement and automation opportunities and assist in designing performance and efficiency enablers.

The candidate should be comfortable with Excel formulae/ functions and creating presentations in PowerPoint.

Role and Responsibilities:

- To lead improvement projects for retail assets business and support functions within the Bank

- To create retail assets transformation strategy

- To carry out data analysis and diagnostic studies to identify process gaps

- To conduct process assessments and root cause analysis for Bank's retail assets processes and complaints

- To compute benefits from recommended process changes and business case creation

- To research new and innovative solutions for bringing about transformation in the Bank's retail assets business and operations

- To monitor progress of projects assigned, create reports on progress/ delays for Team Head/ HOD and ensure timely implementation of said projects.

- To create and manage MIS/ dashboards on projects handled.
