We are looking for “Project Lead / Manager" for a leading CRM development company based at Bangalore.

JOB PROFILE

Position: Project Lead / Manager

Experience: 8 to 12 years (Negotiable, as per Industry Norms)

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities/ Role Description:

- Will have to work on PHP, MySQL, Linux, XML, on a Zend Framework.

- Will be required to do thorough analysis on Database Structures.

- The incumbent should capable enough to manage and lead Junior Developers.

- Excellent Working on Structured Product development environment with Solid understanding of Web Production process is essential.

- The incumbent will be required to work under pressure and stringent deadlines.

- Should have strong knowledge in third party integrations & web services.

Desired Profile/ Skills:

- M.Sc / MCA / B.Tech with Linux/Unix Platform.

- Should have handled projects alone and in team.

- Excellent Working knowledge of Codes and Syntax is essential with strong troubleshooting skills.

- Good understanding for the working and architecture of RDBMS.

- Project Management skills (needs to demonstrate a degree of self- sufficiency and be a self starter).

- Should be aggressive enough to learn new technologies and work under pressure and stringent deadlines.

- Good communication skills

- Team leading experience is must.

- Experience in SAAS based solution is must

- Should have worked in a product based IT company.
