Position- Project Lead

Summary of Role: Project Management in the field preferably large scale office

Interior fit-out projects for corporate client.

Group- Project Management

Preferred industry- Construction; Civil, Architectural: Office Interior Fit-outs.

Job Description:

Key Deliverables:

- SPOC for office interior fit-out project

- Interaction with Consultants/ Clients/ Contractor

- Steering project activities including Design Management, Tendering, Contractors Selection, Execution, Testing & Commissioning and Close-out

- Completed at least 2 large office interior fit-out projects (2,00,000.00 Sq. ft.) as Project Lead

Skills And Experience:

Experience:

- 12-15 years of overall experience.

- 5-6 years of office interior fit-out project more than 3,00,000 Sq. ft. Projects

- PM/CM Specialization will help

Qualification: BE (Civil) / B.Arch.

Organisations From:

- Client / Consultants / Contractor

- MNC company experience will be preferred

Functional Skills:

- Sound knowledge of Project Execution.

Leadership Skills:

- Ability to handle a team of 12 to 15 people.

Any Other:

- Good communication skills. Conversant in MS Projects & MS Office.
