Job Description :

- Single point of contact

- Drive the Project towards controlling Design, Cost, time and Quality.

- Interact with Client on completion of Design Sign-off.

- Overall Project Planning, Design Management, Procurement, Project Monitoring and Coordination with all consultants, vendors and clients.

- Chair all Design & project review meetings on timely submission, approvals, completion of project.

- Report to the client on overall time and cost progress of the project.

- Plan efficiently for Move-in in-coordination with various entities.

- Ensure proper closeout and handing over of the campus to the client

Job Location : Hyderabad

Experience : 13-25 Years (Must be from Interiors fit outs execution for Corporate IT Office projects and also must have done IT MNC Office projects)

Candidate can be considered : Anywhere in India

Should be excellent in communication skills and should led lead role for multiple projects, preferably in South India.
