Project Lead - Human Resources - Telecom/IT

HR Project Lead (9 month contractual) : LGBTQ+/PWD candidates will be preferred

- Serve as a lead HR Operations specialist within the HR India operations team to provide relevant and effective HR Operations services to business within India(Gurgaon/ Bangalore)

- Lead HR projects to improve, streamline and transform/automate our processes and operations

- Administration and day to day management of operational processes as part of employee life cycle management

- Ensures standardized HR processes are effectively implemented, accurate in delivery, and services are delivered in a consistent way within agreed timelines.

- Advises and resolves employee queries on HR policies and processes

- Radically collaborates with specialist teams (e.g., payroll, COEs, business facing HR, finance, legal etc.) to deliver KPIs and high-quality services that are compliant with global standards and meet business expectations

- Monitors the completion of queries, and continually reviews policy, processes, data quality, system issues working closely with the Team Lead, to improve services against Service Level Agreements, reviewing own performance on a regular basis and in collaboration with the team

- Analyzing HR data and preparing HR reports and dashboard
