Project Lead/Assistant Manager - Finance Solutions

JOB SUMMARY:

We're looking for a Project Lead / Assistant Manager - Finance Solutions to join our Finance Solutions team. The role involves bridging the gap between finance and technology, with a focus on automating finance operations and contributing to platform development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Client implementations and product specifications

- Automation workflows for finance functions

- Compliance expertise on Ind AS / IFRS/ GAAP

- Collaboration with product managers and engineers

- Knowledge sharing and mentorship

MANDATORY CRITERIA:

- Experience in Accounting Advisory Services

- Strong command of Ind AS / IFRS/ GAAP and financial reporting frameworks

- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modelling

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- 3-6 years of experience in Accounting Advisory Services at Big 4 firms

- Strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and agile environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience in SaaS or fintech environment

- Familiarity with finance automation tools

- Understanding of data integration and BI tools

- Cross-functional experience
