(Civil Engineering) Work Experience: 18-25 years (Preferably in Hi-Rise Residential Projects) KRA's and Responsibilities: -&nbsp;Analyses and approves Project Concept Design and determines timeframes, budgets, staffing, and project schedules in coordination with Senior Management - Plans and manages project budget on a regular basis and discuss with consultants accordingly - Interacts with the Commercial Team on a regular basis for payments follow-ups, deviances from contracts, approvals and commercial deadlines Candidates having sound technical knowledge and a minimum experience of 18 years in Hi-Rise (Residential) Projects will be given preferences.
