Purpose of the job :

Oversee the Projects Department to ensure successful execution of projects, supplier management, revenue realization, profitability, and cost-effective management of resources. He/She has to ensure that each stage of the project is progressing on time and on budget.

Job description :

Project Management :

1. Experience of MEPF Projects in Industries/ Corporate/ Residential/ Hospitality & Infrastructure segments.

2. Handled turnkey projects execution of HVAC/ IBMS/ Water Treatments & Fire Fighting/ Plumbing etc.

3. Techno Commercial expertise.

4. Total handling of Projects division and Sites.

5. Knowledge of Installation, commissioning, servicing material procurement management, designing, labor contract management, coordination, communication etc.

6. Experience in Negotiation and budgeting & estimation.

7. Proven ability to drive Business purchase and system.

CRM :

1. Customer Satisfaction.

2. Client, customer and business orientation.

3. Proven ability to drive Business purchase and system

Team Management :

1. People Management of the assigned department.

2. Mentoring the team.

3. Smooth functioning of work within the department by monitoring the daily activities.

4. Focus on Skills and Competency building for the team.

Skills, Qualifications & Prior Experience :

- B.E/B.Tech(Mechanical/Electrical).

- Post Qualification Experience of 12-15 years.

- Creating a strong Project Management & execution culture in the organization.

- Planning and forecasting challenges because of the constantly evolving nature of business.

- Inter-departmental coordination for successful project execution.
