Project Head - Manufacturing Firm (15-28 yrs)
Project Head Nepal
- Manage daily operations in our plant facility
- Ensure safety and efficiency of the facility
- Test and monitor plant processes
- Remain in compliance with facility ISO standards and all HSE guidelines
- Prepare, analyze and issue production and performance reports
- Maintain all administrative records
- Control costs to achieve company budget goals
- Develop and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance program
- Recommend and implement structures and project organisations on the basis of the project scale and type, and in accordance with corporate practices.
- Implement adequate quality-checking processes across the projects.
- Monitor financial approvals and adherence to corporate policies.
- Accountable for performance monitoring of the projects.
- Allocation of resources of appropriate skills.
- Outcomes & Business Change
- Establish stakeholder requirements and business objectives in order to define project scope and expected benefits.
- Ensure focus is maintained on outcomes and business change activities where applicable.
