Project Head ( Greenfield & Brownfield Plant) - India's Fastest Growing FMCG Major

Job Role :

- Responsible for End to End Greenfield and Brownfield projects

- Continual improvement Projects, Energy & Cost Saving Projects

- Change management, capability building, man management, planning, budgeting, cost management, energy conservation, EHS, and liaison with regulatory authorities

- Responsible for driving Facility support, Costing Savings and continuous improvement projects at each of the stage of diagnostics, project prioritization, endorsement from leadership team, team engagement, training and usage of Lean Sigma principles, financial validation of savings

CAPEX responsibility for transformational improvement at site.

- Responsible for on-time site deliverables

- Vendor Evaluation & Vendor Management

- Reporting to CMD

Candidate Requirement :

- B.TECH / M.TECH with additional courses preferred

- Should have handled Large Projects ( End to End )

- Technically sound with long term vision

Able to manage Large Team
