Project Head - FMCG (11-18 yrs)
We are hiring for one of the premium organization, who is incorporated into FMCG. Please find the details of the position below:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible to develop a detailed project plan and execute design standards in line with approved project layout
- Ensure all project expenditure is properly controlled, monitored, forecast and complete in line with project plan
- Establish project teams, coordinate activities of multiple disciplines, ensure the efficient, cost utilization of resources
- Coordinate with internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of the project
- Prepare necessary papers for onsite work
- Liaison with local and respective government bodies to ensure compliance, health, safety and environment
Operations -
- Planning production, work schedule, production activities, machine maintenance plans
- Planning, formulating, organizing and controlling and direct production activities
- Observing the effective maintenance of safety rules and standards in the plant
- Supervising quality standards and enforcing quality-control programs
- Working with head office various departments to fulfil the functioning of the plant
- Working with Labour, transport, and various vendors through respective managers and supervise all activities according to general factory policies
- Review overall performance of the units.
