Project Head - Digital Products - Bank (8-12 yrs)
- The person will work closely with Head - Digital Products (MSME) and help groom user stories to make them ready for development sprints
- The person will also ensure all compliance aspects are adhered to in the user stories
- Will be responsible for solution design and API mapping in collaboration with Bank's solution architect teams
- Will be responsible for release planning and delivery of various sprints in agile manner with in-house engineering team or with technology service providers as applicable
- Will be responsible for ensuring quality assurance post development
- The digital products in scope include Indus Merchant Solutions app, Easycredit for Business Stack and Digital Current Account platform and a holistic Digital MSME stack
- The person will lead a team of project managers and quality assurance team who will support in managing the release plans and development sprints in line with quality benchmarks
Education / Skills Needed :
- Solution Design
- Agile project management
- 8-10 years of experience in digital product project management with at least 5 years of experience in banking or financial services
- Experience in MSME products such as GSTN, commercial bureau, trade finance solutions, working capital solutions, etc will be a plus
