Project Head - Design & Delivery - Construction (12-16 yrs)
- Looking for a candidate from Large Commercial Project background.
- Commercial property experience is mandatory.
- Should be from Architecture background.
Job Description :
- Handling entire project design and execution process.
- Provide thought leadership on building design based on the business strategy of the organization and target member profile, preferences and behaviors.
- Stay abreast of developments and trends in design innovation and design technology.
- Collaborate and network with global teams and best in class design and real estate firms to bring best practices.
- Overlook all aspects of regional team deliverables in project life-cycle, from due diligence to closeout.
- Responsible for cost control, quality and timely delivery of the entire portfolio
- Undertake regular site visits and ensure quality delivery.
- Review and approve budgets, BOQs, tender sets and word orders prepared by the project team.
- Collaborate with the sourcing and procurement team to ensure cost control.
- Manage a growing regional portfolio of design and construction projects and manage Pan India market.
