- Drafting of Project Plan and circulating it across all the stakeholders for concurrence.
- Walk through of the Business Requirements to Development & Testing team, Software Partners, to check the feasibility of project implementation.
- Gathering Effort/Cost estimates for projects and Calculating Return On Investment (ROI).
- Performing System Impact Analysis for identifying cross impacts on surround systems.
- Identifying risks, Gaps in the projects life cycle and developing plans to mitigate them.
- Managing software partners for their continuous engagement on projects.
- Defining SLA, MSA, and getting NDA sign-off from Software Partners/Vendors.
- Ensuring requirements are documented efficiently in Business Requirement Document (BRD)/Functional Requirement Document, Change Requests document (CR) and securing Business sign-offs/Approvals.
- Ensuring proposed Solutions are documented efficiently in Technical Design Documents (TD)/Functional Specification Documents, Solution Document (SD) and securing Business sign-offs/Approvals.
- Preparing Minutes Of Meeting (MOM) and Understanding documents.
- Ensuring smooth project implementation and thorough Post Implementation validation.
- Ensuring Project Governance, Compliance requirements and Information Security Standards are adhered to.
- Preparing Project Dashboards/Performance Reports/ Presentations and presenting to Senior Management on a regular basis.
