Our client is a large Indian conglomerate developing a large residential and mix use integrated township in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

B.E / B. Tech (Civil) + Post-Graduation in project management

Key Responsibilities :

Start to finish project delivery within budgeted cost and time-lines

Obtaining In-time statutory approvals

Timely development of GFC drawings

Timely placement of contracts and effective contract administration

Timely procurement of construction material

Ensuring labour availability for managing project schedule

Safety management at site

Overall responsibility of Quality Assurance and Quality Control at site

Project staff management and mentoring

Training of project staff and contractor staff

Workmen training to enhance productivity

Implementation of innovations at sites

Effective management of CSR activities in area of influence
