- Lead the Departments of Design-Architecture, Structure, MEP, Faade, Lighting, LEED, Procurement /Contracts, Construction till handing over to the operation.

- Starting from appointing the consultants international and local for all the disciplines, adopt to the right procurement strategy and selection of contractors.

- During the design development closely worked with all the stakeholders to design the best product and customer experience for the final product.

- Overall project management of construction projects including planning, estimation, scheduling, execution & monitoring of projects

- Anchoring on-site project activities and overseeing the performance of sub-contractors, ensuring compliance with Safe work methods & Quality assurance plans.

- Periodic reviewing & monitoring the progress of the project with the stakeholders and end user clients for ensuring completion of project within the scheduled time and cost parameters.

- Developing a dedicated quality vendor system for cost effective procurement and maintained economical levels of stock quantities for construction processes

- Preparing of fortnightly/ monthly Progress Reports with Look Ahead Work Report, Cash Flow Statement and Cost Control Reports

- Liaising with Clients, external agencies viz. consultants & architects on design specifications & interactions with contractors & suppliers.

- Planning effective manpower deployment & works scheduling of qualified workforce.
