Our Client is one of the leaders and is looking for a Project Head-Budgeting and Planning
Description
You will be responsible for formulation of :
- Tendering, bidding and award management on the basis of techno-commercial specifications
- Formulating and implementing policies for the Contracts
- Evaluating and recommending the guidelines of the contract
- Liaising in Financial and contractual matters and finalising the project cost
- Ensuring BOQ and rate analysis given by the planning department
Profile :
Ideal Candidate :
- 15-20 yrs of experience in large construction or real estate org
- Strong project management exposure
- Strong knowledge of Contracts and Tenders
