Job Description - 

- Finalization of project requirements and specifications in consultation with collaborators / promoters, plant technical team. Achievement of contractual parameters M/c capability verification, Commercial results within acceptable range.

- Project scheduling including material/spare parts, vendor identification, indenting, spare parts inventory management, material & manpower planning.

- Coordinating activities with project team at site, consultants/OEM/ User depts. to ensure effective and timely completion of the project within set deadlines and budgets. Anchoring planning, erection, testing & commissioning, ensuring effective resource utilization to maximize output.

- Preparation of project progress report week wise and month wise also monitoring on fund flow as per requirement of project activity.

- Project progress monitoring, analysis of breakeven point and cost overrun of the project implemented.

- Responsible for benchmarking studies to study optimal output / present efficiency with those of global standards.

- Smooth transfer of the project to the Operation & Maintenance team post project implementation.

- Suggesting New Projects /retrofit /import substitution that has substantial benefits to the organization, also working on the implementation of cost reduction project to reduce power cost in production area and utility.
