Leading the construction of International Airport

- Tracking the project activities with the key emphasis on quality, drawings, specifications, standards & codes; reviewing schedule & formulating budget as per cash flow requirements

- Attending project review meetings to evaluate progress & outstanding issues, control the debottlenecking and ensure quality & timeliness of deliverables

- Interacting with other construction areas, discussing with coordinator for project KPIs to determine accurate status of the project, making tactical decisions to allocate resources and assigning staff requirements to maintain project on target

- Assuring that all work groups are properly guided for assembling & controlling required resources (manpower, equipment, materials & tools) to sustain the work efficiency & productivity until the completion of the project

- Developing detailed construction method statements, work preparation, method statements and weekly / monthly progress & reports including earned value, BOQ, techno-commercial bid, cost estimates (change & variation order, contractor's claims & billing) and budgets

- Verifying project progress & outstanding issues and ensuring the quality & timeliness of deliverables; extending support to team members by defining standard practices

- Conducting rate analysis of the materials, labor cost, wear &tear and maintenance cost of plant & machinery including power cost & market trends by considering inflation/escalation of major materials in the market

- Hiring subcontractors and peace rate workers as required basis on post-verifications of their antecedents including past experience and financial capacity

- Preparing RAR bills and ensuring onward submission to the client for release of payment

- Steering the fabrication of fittings at site as per specification shown in the drawings

- Implementing completing accounting systems of the stores, inventory, storage & preservation of materials and progress of shop floors engaged in fabrication of fittings to achieve nil stock out position at the end of the project & conduct inspection of the incoming materials for finalization & implementation of documents

- Assuring the smooth office administration involving implementation of labor laws, enforcement of health & safety measures and maintenance of contracts, office equipment / building, staff welfare, contract employees, police / accident cases, cash accounts & its disbursement, performance appraisal, increments, security of men & materials and all matters related to transportation of men & materials
