Senior Associate / Senior Manager – Project Financing / Debt Syndication

We, at HRD India consulting is an executive search firm primarily working with PE/ VC firms & their portfolio companies in talent acquisition.

One of our client is looking for a person to manage debt raising/project financing for the company. This role will be responsible for project analysis/feasibility analysis, raising funds through banks, external commercial borrowings or other sources. Will additionally do debt structuring, compliance & risk management, funds management, deal negotiation, documentation, legal formalities etc.

Desirable Candidate

- Looking for a person with debt syndication/debt raising/project financing background from a corporate or bank or IB especially with renewable sector debt experience.

- Must have worked with renewable energy company or client.

- Must be an MBA/CA

- Must have negotiation/deal finalization experience.

- Prefer person having experience of raising more than 400 crores of debt.

Location – Delhi

Experience – 5-10 years

Client – A PE funded renewable energy company
