Project Finance- Kolkata

The candidate must be qualified Chartered Accountant with post qualification 8 to 12 years of experience in Project Finance.

- Must have hands on experience in Preparation of Financial Feasibility Study Report, Financial Model, dealing with lenders.

- Support the strategic initiatives of the Group .

- Feasibility study of the new projects and recommendation to the Top Management .

- Mergers & Acquisitions, Due-Diligence, Valuation etc.

- Investment Management, Business Performance Monitoring and MIS.
