One of the Top Tier law firms in Delhi is looking to hire project finance candidates with 1-5 years of PQE.

Job description

- Drafting of agreements and documents related to infrastructure industries such as ports, railways, energy. liaise with banks,

- Reviewing of the agreements

- Work on EPC contracts

- Drafting of various financing documents.

- Carry out due diligences for various infrastructure projects viz. Highway Projects, Transmission Projects, Solar Power Projects.

- Coordinate with finance providers on due diligence, term sheet negotiations and documentation 

Candidate Requirements - 

- Should come with relevant experience of 1-5 years

- Relocation candidates in similar work profile can also apply

- Candidates coming from law firms will be preferred

- Coordinate with finance providers on due diligence, term sheet negotiations and documentation, Work with project teams to ensure timely compliance with all conditions precedent and other obligations , Coordinate the drawdown/repayment formalities for debt facilities and to monitor compliance with financing conditions and obligations .
