Project Finance Lawyer - Infra/Energy Segment (1-3 yrs)
The professional should have 1-3 years of experience in projects/infra, energy and project finance. The professional should be adept in:
a) Conducting due diligence on borrowers and projects, drafting and negotiating security terms and providing regulatory advice are routine for the team.
b) Handling EPC contracts, PPP agreements and sale contracts in the renewable energy space as well as telecoms matters.
c) Advising on entry-level strategies and adapting business operations to regulatory and policy changes.
d) Handling restructuring matters for foreign investment companies, advising foreign asset management companies on equity investments in India's ports and roads infrastructure projects, and on the acquisition of shares in renewable energy companies.
e) Managing end-to-end transactions involving drafting transactional documents; negotiating and closing the deal.
