Project Finance/Debt Syndication Lead - Conglomerate (4-9 yrs)
Our client is a large group having interests in Real Estate, Funding, Land and other areas. They are looking to hire a young smart Corporate Finance professional who has a good experience of Project Finance and Debt Syndication thru Banks.
The Role:
- Project Finance / Debt Syndication from Banks
- Preparation of Information Memorandum for fund raising
- Preparation of financial model etc
- Finalize financial structure of the projects & terms
- Interact with the officials of various Banks/FIs
Candidate Profile:
- CA / MBA
- 4 - 10 yrs of experience in Corporate Finance
- Good experience of raising funds / Debt Syndication / Project Finance from Banks
- Have good contacts in Banks at senior levels
- Good communication skills
- Pleasing personality
Please note:

- Budgets for this role is between 20-30 LPA (roughly)
- Good connects with multiple Banks is essential for this role
