Job Responsibilities:
Deal Management : Business Development & Relationship Management, Negotiation,Term sheet finalisation
Deal Execution : Due diligence, financial modelling, Appraisal Note preparation, Obtaining Sanction & Disbursement
Target Achievement : Interest & fee income, product cross-sell, wallet share growth in portfolio companies
Portfolio Management : Monitoring Asset quality, compliance adherence, maintaining credit hygiene, de-risking of assets
Coordination : Product Teams, Credit Risk, Legal, Credit Audit, Back offices, Operations
Cross-Sell : Debt Capital Markets, Debt Syndication
Financial Products : Rupee Term Loan, Structured Debt, mezzanine financing, Sub-debt, Receivable discounting, working capital, refinancing, bridge financing
Sector exp :
Infrastructure, Roads, Power, Renewable, Construction-EPC, NBFCs, Supply chain, LAS and IPO
Requirements
- CA/ MBA Finance
- Minimum 2+ experience in the field. Experience in the field of banking/finance is preferred
- Energetic, self-motivated, flexible, independent personality
