Job Location: Nagpur Responsibilities : - Define, evaluate, and implement digital systems needed in the frame of digital services and solutions projects. - Coordinate key initiatives in the 1 to 5-year business horizon to ensure delivery of the vertical digital transformation plan from an IT perspective. - Build strong relationships with the business and create valuable solutions that align with the business and technology long-term plans, ensuring business efficiencies. - Take part in both delivery and business development to shape and design innovative and sustainable custom solutions for our clients. - Triggering new IT business solution ideas/opportunities in line with strategy - Communicate and promote digital opportunities and manage stakeholder communication on digital transformation work - Support project cost estimation and budgeting, planning and delivery as a Technical Leader - Coordinate technical projects around technologies such as Data Lake, Project Lifecycle Management, RFID, QR Code, Digitally Assisted Construction and Inspection, Remote Sensors, Artificial Intelligence,.... - Take end-to-end ownership of shaping solutions &amp; defining the right architectural approach. - Nurture an innovative partnership with the Functions to foster innovation. - Coordinate both external and internal teams to ensure project execution and delivery once they have been validated - Support projects designed by the business partners - Follow the budget allocated to the projects - Ensure a technology watch for the domain. Contribute to the definition of BA standard development methods and tools - Interact with Group Infrastructure teams to ensure the performance of the application portfolio - Understand the application development life cycle - Management/leadership of day to day project delivery and support of applications - Technical expertise to understand applications and develop plans to continuously improve application portfolio - Ensure documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately - Report on schedule and product progress on weekly basis (or more frequently) as required by management - Ensure that application projects are prepared (including all pre- and post-development steps) in a timeframe, quantity and mix to achieve the best possible return from development and project resources to ensure both efficiency and effectiveness of the development process - Ensure that software development schedule and timeline is in alignment with enabling functions and implementation goals and requirements and make adjustments to meet business goals when necessary - Promote process continuous improvement - Demonstrate the ability to work across functions Education and Experience requirements : Essential : &nbsp; Master level - Experienced. You have acquired expertise in the field of digital or innovation. You have evolved in the industrial sector, and like to manage strategic projects with multidisciplinary teams. You have an entrepreneurial spirit and have training in design thinking. - Curious and open-minded, you master the challenges of transformation (digital, organizational, new economic models, new places, etc.). - You do not see work other than in a team, in a workshop (workshops, collective intelligence) and in a good mood. - Creative and innovative, you want to provide concrete solutions by helping to design new experiences for users. You are curious, have analytical and synthesis skills. You have strong skills in Design thinking, lifelong learning and understanding of customer service issues. You like working with usage scenarios, user and persona journeys, and user study methodologies - Ideally, you have worked in a context of digital transformation. You have excellent interpersonal skills, know how to establish and maintain a relationship of trust with your contacts - Extensive experience implementing, migrating, managing, and operating systems/applications - Familiar with all phases of the project life cycle, including running project prioritization meetings, post-installation project post-mortem meetings and a proven track record of multi-tasking, meeting deadlines and delivering projects on budget - Prior experience managing development staff, including internal team and third party vendors - Knowledge of different project management software, and technical competence with - Google Workspace productivity tools. - Travel as required - Strong knowledge about applicative solutions - English mandatory Desirable : - Experience of working within a culturally diverse global company - Experience in multidisciplinary team management
