Project Director - Wind/Energy

Education A bachelor's degree in engineering

Field/Duration Of Experience - Minimum 15 years of experience in program management at an international firm (preferably at the management level)

Certification - Licence Agile Production, preferably Program Management Certification (PMP), preferably APQP, VA 6.3 knowledge and certification

- Travel Candidates must have no restrictions to travel domestically and internationally.

- The purpose is to coordinate the communication with the customers for projects related to existing and new blade productions in companies facilities in India, to ensure that all kinds of requests from customers are followed up by department directors, to follow up the annual production plans of projects, to prepare high level project schedules, to follow up the financial status of these projects and report them to relevant persons, to measure the organizational performance within the project process, to ensure the coordination and adaptation of the dynamics of other disciplines in the blade production process according to the project program, to carry out customer relations as the primary contact on behalf of the company on the basis of the company principles and customer agreements, and to meet customer expectations.

- Establishes the necessary communication with internal and external customers, looks for solution suggestions for existing or potential problems and negotiates them, ensures coordination and meets customer expectations,

- Monitors the finances of the project, warns the relevant stakeholders against possible problems and takes necessary actions,

- Ensures that the annual targeted production plan is realized, offers suggestions against the risks that may arise, notifies the concerned department managers and takes preventive actions with them,
