Project Director

Job Responsibilities:

- Knowledge of Agile Methodologies such as Extreme Programming (XP) & Scrum

- Responsible for complete end to end project management for the assigned project(s) which includes project planning, delivery, client interaction, trouble shooting and tracking utilization for the team.

- Responsible to drive the application of product management principles, theories and concepts and determines the best course of action for project execution

- Coordinate with support functions for resource requisition and ensure effective deployment of resources across teams.

- Interact with the Customer and building relationship with them driving up CSAT levels

- Interact with the onsite team and the client to resolve project issues on a regular basis

- Track, analyze and report on project metrics

- Co-ordinate, implement/monitor the Process Improvement activities in the Project

- Enforce the adherence to SW engineering and quality practices including Knowledge Management

- People Management - Train and develop the team, mentor them and manage their career planning, ensure that they are satisfied and motivate them to boost their morale and employee productivity.

- Effective Handling of Change Management.

- Can help to other stakeholders for Project Finance Control & Payment Invoicing Support.

Technical Competencies:

- Participate in Technical discussions & respective draft effectiveness.

- Knowledge of Web Technologies, Cloud Technologies & their support Strategy.

- Hands-on project execution knowledge of API/REST/JSON/Node JS/Angular JS/HTML5 technology components.

- Generic Idea of UI development, User & Hierarchy Management, Role based Dashboard in Multitenant environment etc.

- Awareness of client side scripting libraries using Javascript/JQuery.

- Awareness of MSSQL/ Postgress / Red-shift database.

- Awareness of Data Standardization for respective ETL automation.

- Awareness around Test effectiveness, Test Planning, Related Tools, Usage etc.

- JIRA/Rally Knowledge for Ticket Management.
