DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Support organization implementation by coordinating with sector teams and program functional areas to strategies and deliver initiatives and campaigns both in India and in Australia.
- Coordinate content creation and updates for campaigns and online platforms.
- Identify and manage third party service providers and contracts for elements of program and campaign delivery.
- Develop, maintain and grow productive business, government and other stakeholder networks in support.
- Coordinate for budget, internal reporting and performance measurement.
Who we are looking for
- We are seeking applications for an experienced Project Coordinator to take on this important role within the project team. The position will work closely with the Lead ( New Delhi), Project Director (Chennai), Project Manager (onshore) and a range of internal and external senior stakeholders.
- The successful candidate will have advanced project management and stakeholder engagement skills. They will be well-organised, responsive and able to adapt to changing operating environments.
- This position will be for three years (may extend depending on project)
