Typical tasks which you will be managing:
Strategic Projects:
- Implementation and Roll-out of project management tools for delivery of content for Education programs and products
Sustainability:
- Development of Business Continuity Plans for curriculum development teams
- Development of a curriculum development knowledge base (process documentation)
Operations:
- We expect the Curriculum Project Coordinator to be proactive in identifying bottlenecks, ensuring sprint delivery and providing clarity to teams
- Regular collaboration and communication with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth functioning of content development machinery
Vendor Management:
- Identify and evaluate vendors for different tasks in the development and production machinery
- Coordinate with vendors and track development- review-sign off-delivery cycle
- Maintain contracts and payment of invoices as per the agreed terms of delivery.

Assessment & Preparation Phase:
- Co assess requests, priorities, deadlines and minutely plan operations
- Participates to the project scope, budget, organization, team and resources, schedule
- Identifies dependencies and constraints, risks
Execution & Deployment Phase:
- Coordinates workgroups, team members, third-parties, IT and product teams
- Follows deliveries planning and KPI's
- Communicates Project status to management
Project Performance evaluation:
- Evaluates the project delivery, on time, in full
- Performs project closing and hand over documentation
- Creation and standardization of project processes and tools
Experience Requirement:
- 4 to 5 years of experience in Project Coordination or consulting
- Education experiences a strong plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced excel capabilities required. Project Management tools and JIRA experience are preferred
- Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal, Written Email)
- Strong inter personal skills for interacting within the department as well as with other departments, partners & providers
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
- Hands-on and solution-oriented
